AI Use Policy

The current templates do not include AI features. Plan & Organize Studio does not receive or have access to the information you enter in your own copy, and the templates do not send their contents to any AI service. Google stores and processes each file through your Google account under Google's terms and privacy policy.

If a future product includes an AI-connected feature, that use will be disclosed in the product information and this policy will be updated before release.

Plan & Organize Studio may use AI-assisted tools to help draft, organize, review, maintain or improve business content and communications, including replies to customer messages. Access to customer information is limited to what the task needs, and a person reviews every customer-facing communication before it is sent or published. How this affects your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Some of the services used to run this website, such as the store platform, the email service and the reviews app, may include AI features of their own. Plan & Organize Studio chooses which of those features to switch on. How a provider's own systems work is outside our control, and the Privacy Policy lists the services used.

Plan & Organize Studio checks AI-assisted work for accuracy, clarity, usefulness and consistency with the product. AI does not make the final publishing decision and is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, accounting or other professional advice.

Reviews shown on this website are quoted from our Etsy shop, where each is labeled as originally posted there, or written directly on this website by the customer. They are not written or altered by AI.
