Plan & Organize Studio sells digital Google Sheets templates and related digital instructions and access documents. Nothing physical is shipped.

Each product page describes the product's main features, contents, language, file format, compatibility requirements and delivery method. Please review that information before ordering. Screens and colors may vary slightly by device; the product must still match its description and any legal warranty that applies.

Before you submit an order, the checkout shows the products selected, the price of each, applicable taxes and fees, the total amount payable, the currency you will be charged in, and how and when the digital product will be delivered. You can review and correct your order before confirming it.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Plan & Organize Studio does not store full payment-card details. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation, subject to any right or remedy that applies if information, pricing or delivery was incorrect.

We can't currently accept orders with a billing address in India. If one is placed, we will cancel it and refund it in full.

A copy of your order and the required transaction information is sent to you in a form you can keep and print.

Digital access is normally supplied after payment is confirmed, through a download link provided by Shopify's Digital Products app. The product page and checkout state the applicable delivery timing.

If access is not received or a link does not work, contact hello@planorganizestudio.com. This section does not limit any legal cancellation, chargeback, warranty or other remedy.

Each purchase grants you a personal, single-user, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product. A product you receive at no charge, for example through a promotion we take part in, comes with the same license on the same terms. The license cannot be transferred, except as a gift as described below.

You may customize the template for your own use. You may also share your own copy with the people you are planning with, such as a partner, a family member or a travel companion, so you can plan together.

If you buy a product as a gift, the license passes to the person you give it to. You may set it up for them before handing it over.

Otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish or otherwise transfer the product, its template link or any modified version of it, in whole or in part, and you may not use it to create another template or digital product for sale.

Private label rights, master resale rights and other resale rights are not included.

© 2026 Plan & Organize Studio. The product designs, written material, formulas and other original POS content, and the content of this website, remain protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Third-party material remains subject to the rights and license terms of its owner.

Notice for Quebec consumers: the finality stated in this section does not apply where Quebec's Consumer Protection Act gives you a cancellation or refund right.

Because the products are digital and are normally delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once delivery begins. This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, chargeback, legal-warranty or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

If a file is defective, inaccessible, not as described, not delivered as promised, or charged more than once, contact hello@planorganizestudio.com. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy the law requires, which may include restoring access, replacing the file or issuing a refund.

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases. Digital products are different: before checkout you are asked to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that the cancellation right ends once delivery begins. After that, the purchase cannot be canceled under that right.

Products are covered by the legal warranties and the quality, conformity, durability, fitness and description requirements that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes those protections.

Plan & Organize Studio does not promise that a template will produce a particular personal, financial, business, travel, productivity or other outcome. This does not reduce our obligation to supply the product described or any legal warranty.

Products and website content are provided for general planning, organization and information. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, investment or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, and should consult a qualified professional when your situation calls for it.

Notice for Quebec consumers: the limitations in this section do not apply where they are prohibited by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or another mandatory law.

Subject to rights and liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, Plan & Organize Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or a product. Where a monetary limit may lawfully apply, our total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

You use a purchased template through your own Google account. Plan & Organize Studio does not control Google's availability, account requirements or services, and Google's terms and privacy policy apply to your use of them. This does not excuse us from supplying a product that meets its description and any legal warranty.

A product may contain licensed example photography or may refer to third-party services, books or concepts. Third-party names and material belong to their owners. Unless expressly stated, a reference does not mean that the third party sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Plan & Organize Studio.

External websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Plan & Organize Studio is not responsible for a service it does not operate, subject to any responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

We may correct a product, product description or website error, and may update or discontinue products for future sale. A correction or discontinuation does not remove rights attached to an order already accepted or a remedy available under law.

Unless a product page expressly promises continuing updates or permanent hosted access, a purchase does not include an entitlement to future versions. Please save the delivered access document and your copy of the product.

If you materially breach the license in Section 5, Plan & Organize Studio may require the prohibited use or distribution to stop and may take proportionate steps to protect its rights. Ending a license does not remove payment, refund, warranty or other rights that cannot lawfully be removed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you.

Nothing in these Terms requires a Quebec consumer to bring a dispute outside Quebec, prevents participation in a class action, or requires arbitration where mandatory consumer law does not permit it.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future purchases. The version in effect when an order is accepted governs that purchase, unless a later change is required by law or you expressly agree to it. The current version and its effective date are always available on this page.
